NFL Super Bowl XLVI

We were invited by the NFL creative team to collaborate on the branding for the upcoming Super Bowl, which was intended to “bring the heat” to Indianapolis in 2012. Our task was to design a graphic toolkit, including type lockups and graphics inspired by the location, which would work in tandem with existing NFL color palette and photography. A wide array of designers and vendors used these graphics to create merchandise for the event, so the system needed to be highly flexible and easy to execute. And, of course, it needed to be unmistakably NFL.
